Can GrantVisor really save us time and money?

GrantVisor is designed to do just this by simplifying the application process and reducing the time staff spend with clients on this step leaving time to spend more productively with clients. The Grant administrator or manager has a full set of tools to direct reviews to decisions makers and control all aspects of the process including claims management, reporting and archiving facilities.

We cannot pretend to know the different requirements of all organisations but we know GrantVisor will save you time and allow you to release staff to do other things rather than with your current system where you may be considering needing more staff time to administer and report on grants and loans. There are so many time-saving aspects to GrantVisor and some of these are reflected in the FAQs.

Can GrantVisor manage loan applications?

Yes. The processes are similar and repayment schedules are similar to staged grant claims.

Who can access GrantVisor?

Anyone with a password provided by your GrantVisor administrator.

With a password, users can be access the system from any PC with internet connection in the office or at home.

Can Grant applicant clients really apply without support?

Most people should be able to apply online, in their own time and at their own pace without the need to call your office. The system is designed to lead, guide and help applicants at each stage. They can part-complete the application and return to the application when it suits them. We do not claim applicants will never want to discuss their application - but we do claim it will be much less than with manual, typed or handwritten applications.

Can we really store other documents on GrantVisor?

You can store scanned supporting documents associated with any grant. These might be letters, brochures, press releases, sets of accounts, drawings or even photographs and video clips.

Can GrantVisor help with internal and external auditing?

Yes and Yes! GrantVisor is designed with this in mind. The whole application process and the claims process is designed to capture all communications, dates, decisions and authorisations associated with each grant in an easily accessible place.

Can GrantVisor help with monitoring progress?

Yes. Again system is designed to produce reports on the success of progress against deadlines and targets set by you or partners or funders.

Can GrantVisor help with reports to national government?

Yes. The system is designed to capture relevant information required by the national governments and Europe so that producing reports can be done within hours rather than days.

How do we pay for GrantVisor?

GrantVisor is provided as an online service with a one-time license fee or an inclusive monthly charge which includes the software license, the interest hosting and all support. In this way you can think of GrantVisor as an extra staff member - but at a fraction of the cost. With the one-off fee for GrantVisor there is an annual fee for the hosting, support and maintenance. There are no charges for transactions.

Can we have GrantVisor adapted to suit our special needs?

Every organisation is different and although we build in the basic customisation for each organisation we can adapt GrantVisor to suit special requirements. We obviously need to discuss this fully with you but we are used to doing this.

Who is using GrantVisor?
